What you will learn:
Building strong relationships to move Volunteers to Donors!
Pamala is a connector and relationship cultivator. She brings an infectious enthusiasm to every encounter that lights up the room and makes people smile. She is a consummate “people person” who genuinely cares about the needs of others. She finds fulfillment and joy in making client, donor and vendor connections that bring value and benefit to whatever project she is working.
She is a gifted speaker, comfortable in both one-on-one settings as well as addressing large audiences. She is best known for bringing a “personal touch” to the relationships she forms. Where others craft a thank you email and hit “send”, Pamala will write a hand-written card, stamp and mail it.
Early in her career, she was an independent sales director for Mary Kay, Inc. where she earned many accolades, top achievement awards, and four automobiles! During her career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, she volunteered with the American Cancer society and led her region to raise over $240,000.00 for their Relay for Life. She is a gifted trainer comfortable in both corporate and small group settings.
