A Lifetime Member of Girl Scouts\, she was a 10-year Mariner Scout and earned the First Class Award (today's Gold Award) the highest award in Girl Scouts. Cynthia is a committed advocate for girls and women\, and a proponent of single-gender girl spaces for experiencing and learning life skills. Under her leadership\, Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio has experienced a 31 percent increase in girl membership to 12\,442\, a 13 percent increase in adult membership to 5\,429 and a 60 percent increase in Lifetime members to 885\; established a Girl Scout Alumni Association that currently numbers nearly 6\,000 women\; led a local Cookie Program that has broken national records several years in a row for sale of boxes per girl\; initiated a robust outreach effort to recruit underserved girls\; championed diversity\, working to match the girl\, staff and Board composition of Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio to the ethnic\, racial and economic composition of the communities it serves\; and created unique and innovative girl programs including award-winning GenCyber camps and Classroom to Career.\n\n\n\n\n\nErin Phillips\, Executive Director\, Advancement\, Riverside University Health System Foundation\n\n\n\nErin Phillips has served as Executive Director of the Riverside University Health System Foundation since October 2015. In that role\, Erin is responsible for fundraising and external outreach for the consolidated safety-net health care system\, which includes the Moreno Valley-based Medical Center\, Riverside County's departments of Public and Behavioral Health\, as well as ten Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers located throughout the 7\,000 square mile county. \n\n\n\nPrior to joining RUHS\, Erin's fundraising background included serving as President & CEO of Children's Fund\, a dynamic non-profit organization that provides targeted gap assistance to at-risk\, abused\, and impoverished children throughout the County of San Bernardino. Before joining Children's Fund\, Erin served as Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement at California Baptist University and worked in the Office of Alumni & Constituent Relations at the University of California\, Riverside.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNicholas Fisher\, M.A.\, Associate Director of Development\, Children's Fund\n\n\n\nA product of youth-serving organizations\, Nicholas became a volunteer at an early age to give back to the community that helped shape him. After traveling into areas ranging from Montana to El Salvador to support community resource programs\, as well as Colorado to Louisiana to support disaster relief efforts\, Nicholas found a home in San Bernardino County supporting children and family-serving organizations.\n\n \n\nToday\, with a B.S. in Business Administration and M.A. in Management from the University of Redlands\, Nicholas practices a relationship-driven development approach to enhance to the mission of Children's Fund.
