Jewel Diamond Taylor, Jewel aka "The Self-esteem Dr." is a multi faceted messenger shining her light into the lives of countless men and women. Taylor received her education in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills. Taylor has been a consultant for many school districts and corporations teaching customer service skills. She is an adjunct college instructor teaching life skills for the California State University Los Angeles. This Washington D. C. native, born to a gemologist, is an author, and radio personality with a passion to inspire men and women to grow outside their life box of limitation, fear, socio- economic challenges and personal setbacks. Taylor has been an invited speaker in 35 of the 50 United States, London, Brazil, Cancun, St. Kitts, Virgin Islands, Jamaica, St. Croix, the Bahamas, the U. S. Pentagon, U. S. Secret Service, NASA Research Center, Naval Research Lab, the EPA, the U. S. Mint, National Archives, CIA, USDA Graduate School, DEA, IRS, Coast Guard, U. S. Army Staff College, AARP, colleges, churches, workplace training and a very popular women's ministry conference and retreat speaker. Jewel was a speaker for 12 years with the African American Women on Tour Conferences. Agency Spotlight Frank Kelly attended San Bernardino Valley College studying drug prevention strategies where he excelled in his studies. He has a Diploma from California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources CAARR Institute for Social Model Studies for alcohol and drug counseling. He is the Author and Creator of the Sensible Intervention Process for drug and alcohol abuse. He has studied at UCLA under their CATES California Addiction Training and Education Series and he continued to update his professional knowledge through online studies with NIH National Institute on Drug Abuse learning about the science of drug abuse and addiction. Frank Kelly has spent countless hours as a prevention and intervention professional, advocate and group facilitator and has no doubt that "prevention is the best treatment" and by using comprehensive proactive approaches such as individual and environmental strategies we can save many lives and reduce the rate of drug use in our communities. Frank Kelly founded No Drugs America Association, Inc in the year 2000 in his effort to continue his work in the field of prevention and has spent the past thirteen years as a learned professional in this field and understands that we have to be proactive in our focus to enhance protective factors and reduce risk factors associated with illegal drug use. No Drugs America has educated thousands of parents and kids about the dangers of illegal drug use by working with kid's preschool through high school and collaborating with other organization at their events and at its annual High Desert Communities No Drugs America Day. No Drugs America is a primary and secondary drug prevention organization that uses proactive approaches in its effort to deter drug use. No Drugs America has been a champion for the High Desert Communities No Drugs America Day, educating parents and kids about the dangers of illegal drug use and the illegal use of legal drugs such as underage drinking, prescription drugs and tobacco.
