Rockette Richardson Ewell is Vice President, Community Development Manager for U.S. Bank's Southern California region, which includes San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. In this role, she oversees the bank's community reinvestment efforts and related grantmaking.
A 2015 graduate of Lead San Diego's IMPACT program, Ewell currently serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Diego, NeighborWorks Orange County and the San Diego Museum of Man, where she is a member of the executive committee.

The Fundraising Academy for Grassroots Organizations? is a comprehensive fund development curriculum that provides a learning structure and concrete tools that participants can take back to their organizations and begin implementing immediately. The basic design of The Academy involves nine full days of interactive group workshops, peer learning exercises, reading assignments, grant proposal development, and homework.
