Topics will include: what is (and isn’t) fundable, the application process, and the awarding and administration of grant monies. Padmini Parthasarathy is a program director at The California Wellness Foundation where she currently
manages grantmaking related to advancing health care reform and the Affordable Care Act, and promoting
employment and asset‐building opportunities. Her responsibilities include reviewing letters of interest,
requesting and evaluating grant proposals, conducting site visits, making funding recommendations and
monitoring active grants.
