Learn to engage in meaningful collaborations, understand your strengths and gaps, and explore the many models and tools for improving your new and current collaborative efforts
What is the magic behind successful collaborations and what does it take to engage in collaborations that are effective? This interactive training will cover strategies, methods, and practical tools for community collaboration. Expect to participate in hands-on discussions, planning activities, and connect with fellow nonprofit leaders as we explore:
- The what, why, and when of engaging in collaborations.
- Key considerations for successful collaborations.
- Leading and participating in partnerships and collaborations.
- Building strategic relationships for collaboration.
- Avoiding pitfalls and building strong, meaningful collaborations.
- Putting collaboration into action.
