A free seminar designed to help nonprofits be successful. Representatives from the BOE, Employment Development Department, Office of the Attorney General and Franchise Tax Board will offer informative presentations on sales and use tax for nonprofit organizations, employment taxes and nonprofits, regulation of charities, property tax exemptions and compliance for exempt organizations.
Continuing Education Credit is given for enrolled agents, CPAs and tax practitioners who qualify. You must stay all day to receive the 4 credits.
