Equip yourself with the skills necessary to manage and improve a nonprofit organization's strategic future.
Designed for the working nonprofit professional, in three intensive days over the course of three months, we will cover key nonprofit management topics that are relevant to today's dynamic business environment and that will help strengthen your ability to meet your service missions.
Join us to explore:
The sessions will be informative, hands-on/interactive, draw on real-life examples from participants, and incorporate group and peer learning activities. Training participants will receive a course binder with learning materials that include resource information, worksheets and exercises, templates and samples.

Is this program right for me?
Yes, if you have 3 or more years of experience with nonprofit or community-based organizations. Your experience can be as a nonprofit professional, board member, or key volunteer. Ideally, you are currently connected with a nonprofit where you can test drive your learning in real time.
Organizations serving the Inland Empire are encouraged to enroll.
Participants must attend all three sessions to be eligible for a Certificate of Achievement.
