Interstate 15\, Exit "D Street/Highway 18 East" and travel East. Travel two miles through Victorville and up/down a short hill into Apple Valley. The first traffic light in Apple Valley will be Apple Valley Road. The facility is at the Northwest (left) side of the intersection of Apple Valley Road and Hwy. 18\, behind the gas station\, in the center of the strip mall. Parking is in the lot in front of the building. Please do not park in short-term spots or you will be towed. There are two Highway 18 exits. Headquartered in Redlands\, California\, and encompassing Riverside and San Bernardino counties\, more than 10\,000 Girl Scouts and 5\,000 volunteers are supported by the Council.  \n\n	For 13 years prior to joining the Girl Scouts in August 2011\, Cynthia served as President and CEO of Inner-City Arts in Los Angeles.  During her administration\, Cynthia guided Inner-City Arts through a period of rapid growth and national recognition\, including completion of an award-winning campus in the heart of Skid Row.  She achieved her goal of making arts instruction accessible to more children\, regardless of their economic circumstances.  Today\, Inner-City Arts provides access to the arts and the endless opportunities they offer to 10\,000 students  and 1\,500 classroom teachers each year.\n\n	Member spotlight(s): \n\n	\n\n	Yvonne Ojeda\, Susan G.
